Once again a federal court in November issued a ruling vacating the Department of Labor’s 2024 increased salary thresholds for exempt status

Here is the new US Department of Labor’s Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) structure for determining which positions are exempt vs non-exempt.

4/23/24 - The DOL released the new final rule changes governing the classification of employees as salaried & hourly employees.
