Group – Many people aren’t aware that group health coverage is generally available for groups as small as two full time employees. Group offerings through various companies can offer a variety of plan designs and pricing that can be attractive to a small church.
Individual – Individual and family coverage is available via the Federal Marketplace at healthcare.gov. Individual coverage can often be an option where group coverage may not be a fit.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement – HRA’s are a type account based health option where employers can reimburse employees for medical care expenses. Employers decide the amount they will contribute. HRA’s can be used in any size employer.
